How much is the
deposit to secure my date?
A 50% deposit is required to secure
your reservation, the remaining balance must be paid
in full by the event date.
Is Executive Limousine
properly licensed and insured?
Yes, we are insured for $5,000,000.00
per vehicle over 15 passengers and insured for $1,500,000.00
per vehicle under 15 passengers. We are also licensed
with the Maryland Public Service Commission and the
Department of Transportation.
How much should
I tip the chauffeur?
Rates are all-inclusive. The chauffeur
receives 20% of the sale as gratuity. If you feel
the chauffeur went above and beyond to make your night
extra-special, additional gratuity is greatly appreciated.
What happens if
I or someone in my group damages the limo?
Whomever booked the limousine and
signed the contract will be held responsible for any
damages to the limousine.
Can I consume alcohol
in the limousine?
Yes, persons over the age of 21 may
legally consume alcohol in the back of the limousine.
Whoever is over the age of 21 is responsible for the
proper distribution of alcohol.
Can I smoke in
the limousine?
No, smoking cigarettes is not allowed
in the limousines, the chauffeur will gladly pull
over when you need a puff.
Can I bring my
own food and drinks?
Yes, you may bring whatever you want
into the limousine. Please refrain from anything that
may leave excessive mess. I.E. - confetti, silly string,
spaghetti, nerds candy, crabs, peanuts, powdered sugar
or chocolate.
Can I drive the
limousine?
No, you cannot drive the limousine.
The Department of Transportation does not allow passengers
to operate commercial vehicles.
How do I know my
reservation is confirmed?
You will be contacted via phone once
your contract and payment have been received.
What is your service
area?
Vehicles over 15 passengers service
anywhere within a 2,000 mile radius of Bel Air, Maryland.
Vehicles under 15 passengers service anywhere within
a 100 mile radius of Bel Air. If you do not know if
you live in our service area, please call 410 937
7452.
What happens if
I go beyond my contracted time?
Vehicle overtime is not guaranteed.
If you go beyond the contracted time, overtime is
$150 per hour and must be immediately paid directly
to the chauffeur.
Are there any additional
fees for early morning pick ups/drop offs ?
Yes, any airport transportation that
is between 12 a.m. and 9a.m. is subject to $20 early
a.m. fee. The $20 goes directly to the chauffeur as
an incentive to be on time.
Is there a minimum
number of hours to rent the limousines?
Yes, it is typically a 3 hour minimum
to rent the limousines. This may change seasonally.
What if I only
need the limo for a short period of time?
We may be able to work out a custom
package and price for your event. Please contact our
offices with your event details.
What happens in
the event of inclement weather?
The date will be rescheduled to a
mutually acceptable date. If rescheduling is not possible,
you will have a credit with Executive Limousine for
future use.
What if I don't
have a gym membership?
Please contact Matt Soltis at
msoltis@goldsgym.com
to sign up with Gold's Gym. Tell him that Executive
Limousine sent you to receive a free gift when you
join.
How far in advance do I need to call to reserve
an aircraft?
Clients
are often able to book flights with just two hours
notice, though that option is subject to aircraft
and crew availability. There are a limited number
of Peak Travel times during the year, such as major
holidays, and we suggest “the sooner the better”
as a guideline for these days. Particularly short
notice may also subject the client to aircraft re-positioning
charges.
What happens if I need to cancel or make changes
to my flight?
Other
than on peak days, you can cancel or make changes
to your itinerary up to 24 hours prior to your flight.
If you need to cancel or make changes within 24 hours
of your flight, we will pass on any incurred costs.
The cost can be up to but will not exceed 100% of
the price of your flight. We encourage you to give
us as much advance notice as possible to ensure that
we have ample time to review all aspects of your flight.
May I bring my pets with me?
Sure! We require that your pet is
restrained for takeoff and landing, as well as during
turbulent air conditions. Please call us if you are
planning to travel with your pet to ensure proper
carriers or restraints are in place for your flight.
